ICR Action Post: All prospect fields now available
Insellerate’s Inbound Call Routing tool with lead post continues to drive an efficient and industry leading process to quickly find and work on lead posts with inbound calls. Now, all fields related to an ICR lead post will be available in the application.
Impersonation: Added notification box and easy switch back link
For organizations utilizing the new team impersonation tool, we have added a new information box at the bottom of the page to let users know when and who they are impersonating. Additionally, a new button is available for the user to easily “Switch back to your user.”
To enable Impersonation, contact Customer Support to have the Impersonation feature enabled for your organization.
Prospect Search: Full property address now available in results
The record property address (address, city, state, and zip code) is now available in the search results.
Call Count Field: Now available as filter for inTouch and all filters
Insellerate calculates the total call count for Insellerate system-initiated calls in real-time. For third-party phone data posted into Insellerate, this is currently run nightly.
Organizations can now use the Call Count field for filters in inTouch, Custom Queues, and Preset Reports.
Examples
Exclude all records with over 20 calls.
Show me all records in Uncontacted with a call count less than 3.

Follow-ups Filter by Time: Issues resolved so filter by time in follow-ups is now working \.
Mobile App Lead Notification and Name: Name was not showing in phone new lead push notification. Resolved.
Content Library Send Email to Single Partner: Was failing. Resolved.
