Global Search Results: Interface Update

What does this mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?

The Status column was moved to the right of the Campaign. The columns are being expanded to display the full column names and will display the complete phone numbers and application dates.

 

Team/Agent Dropdown: Ability to Search Teams

What does this mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?

The Team/Agent dropdown will only show the matching results.

For example, John will show any name matches with results to find an individual result.

What does this mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?

User Preferences: Default Customer Type Partner

In the User Preferences section, setting the Default Customer Type to Partner will automatically set the Universal Search to Partner results. Also, when you select a partner from the Default Customer Type, it will auto-select the Partner Search.

Add a New Partner Section

Use the new Add New Partner section to Create a Partner in the Web application to associate your referral partner leads.

inFlow: Grouping Leads in the Pipeline Panel for Partner Leads

This enhancement will allow you to group the leads in a section within the pipeline by a specific column. You could group leads by Campaign, State, Last Activity, and more. You can use the Save option to keep this grouping going forward. See more in Viewing Leads Associated with a Referral Partner (Web Application)

Partner Sync to Encompass

If the Encompass Partner contact fields are in the Encompass Reporting database, then Insellerate can bring the field-level data into the application for that client. Contact your Customer Success Manager to update your Encompass mapping. See Creating a Partner in the Web Application:

Note: This will not create a new partner in Insellerate. It just adds it to the individual client application.

Pro Tip: You can use these fields to build relationships with your partners using them in inTouch marketing emails, RVM, SMS.

Admin: Ability to Update Field Views in Custom Queues

What does it mean for Admins?

Currently, admins can not update Field Views that they did not create. This enhancement allows admins to view and edit Field Views associated with their Custom Queues.

AgentConnect Enhancements

What does it mean for AgentConnect users?

AgentConnect your Partner Co-Branding Solution. Add value to your Real Estate Partner relationships using our new add-on product AgentConnect. Create Co-branded Real Estate Flyers and Property website landing pages. These will create leads for both you and your Real Estate Partners. We have new articles and training videos to get you going with the product. Here are some of our most recent updates.

AgentConnect: Headshot Upload Minimums

Users must upload pictures with a minimum of 150 x 150 pixels. This will ensure that images are presented with quality in AgentConnect. Uploads not meeting the minimum requirements will show an error.

AgentConnect: Static Flyer Templates

  • Searching for flyer templates defaults to the flyer titles. The dropdown will display other options for search including Tags.

  • Flyer templates are available to all clients; however, templates can be set to branches and brands restricting use.
