Marketing Report and Sales Manager Report: Additional Data
The Marketing Report and Sales Manager Report have additional columns of data added that are visible on the report regarding Locks. The data for Locks comes from the LOS. The additional columns are:
Total number of Locks
Lock to transfer %
Credit to transfer %

inSight: Engagement Report: Ringless Voicemail
Issue: Ringless voicemails are not accurately reflected in the Engagement Report. This system enhancement ensures all RVM messages sent by the application are reported.
