Follow-Up: Ability to create, edit, view, and complete follow-ups for other users
Currently, follow-ups can only be managed by the current user. The system was enhanced to allow users to create, edit, view, and complete follow-ups for others. The permissions are based on branch and role. Using the Team/Agent dropdown, users can access follow-up functionality for other users. Users can also edit follow-ups from the calendar. Changes will be tracked in Lead History. Contact Insellerate Support to enable the permissions for this feature.
To mark follow-ups as Complete, users place a check mark in the Complete/Incomplete box.

inTouch: Email Open Date
If a client opens an email, that data is captured and is available for use in inFlow. You can use this field in both inTouch and Custom Filters. Adding this field as an additional option will allow you to target clients who regularly open emails. Email open dates can impact your domain reputation. Using this data point to target clients can help protect your domain reputation. See Email Report in the Help Center for more information.
inTouch: Custom Filters added to filter set-up
Users can set up inTouch tasks using custom filters. This enhancement will allow improved management of tasks that use the same filters. You can use it in multiple inTouch tasks if you set up a custom filter. Then, if you need to make changes, you can adjust the filter, and it will update all applicable inTouch tasks. When an inTouch campaign runs, it will use the newest custom filter settings.
Here is an example of the inTouch custom filter selections:
Select Custom Filters in the Filter Setup.
Select the Custom Filter you created to apply it to this task.
If you update the custom filter, it will auto-update the inTouch task logic. You can apply the custom filter to one or more tasks and campaigns.
For example, if you have a setup of campaigns to exclude from inTouch tasks, you can keep one list as a custom filter and update this as needed. It will then apply to all inTouch tasks where the custom filter is used.
inTouch Campaign Filter limit increase
Currently, inTouch limits the campaigns filter to 30 campaigns. This enhancement increases the limit to 50.
SMS Partner Consent
Currently, SMS requires consent with each application with a partner association. This enhancement will update consent from partners and apply it to all associated applications. See Consent in the Help Center for additional information.
inLead Data Campaigns
If a lead posts to the system where the property state is blank, the system will set the property state by referencing the area code using the home number as the first reference, and if not available, it will use the mobile phone.
Dropdown Filters
When performing a search in a dropdown filter, partial matches will automatically display in the search results as you enter the search criteria.
Bugs
inTouch: Data reference field is blank
Issue: When an inTouch attempts to retrieve a tagged field, and it is blank, it inserts “Invalidtoken”
