Mobile Application Quick Start Guide 2

The Mobile Application Quick Start Guide covers the following topics:

Downloading the Insellerate Mobile Application

Insellerate supports both Android and Apple application stores. To download the application:

  1. Visit your app store.

  2. Search Insellerate.

  3. Click the icon to download the application.

Logging In

  1. Log in with the same username and password you use to log in via the web application.

  2. When you first log in, you will be asked if Insellerate can send you notifications. This allows you to be notified of new SMS messages and New Leads assigned to you both in the application and if you are using other apps in your phone. You do not need to be logged in to the Insellerate application to receive these notifications.

  3. The next time you open the Insellerate application, based on your phone and settings, you will be asked to log in via facial recognition or fingerprint.

  4. After logging in, you will receive a request to allow Insellerate to log in via this method.

  5. Once you have successfully logged in on time, you can log in via this method moving forward.

Notes

  • For security purposes, Insellerate requires users to log in every 30 days with their username and password to reactivate facial or fingerprint methods.

  • If you change your password on the web application, that will be your new password on the mobile application. It may take up to five minutes for your new password to register to the mobile application.

  • The mobile phone number in the User Profile must be populated to make calls.

Settings

After your first login, go to Settings to define if you would like the Insellerate application to notify you of new SMS messages or Lead Posts via a Notification Popup or Vibrate.

Home Page

The Home page provides four quick-access items with the current associated lead counts.

Main Menu

You can quickly access the five main sections of the application.

  1. Home

  2. Pipeline

  3. Partners

  4. Calendar

  5. SMS

The sections can be accessed via the Main Menu sidebar or at the bottom of most screens.

Click-to-Call

Click-to-Call on the mobile application works similarly to the web application. However, by default, Click-to-Call will call your mobile number (per your User Profile) and not your work number.

Select a phone icon or phone number and your mobile phone will be called.

  1. A popup message will let you know the call is being initiated.

  2. Your mobile phone will ring.

  3. Answer and the outbound call to the lead will initiate.

SMS

SMS works similarly to the web app. All SMS conversations you have in the web app will be available in the mobile app.

  • If consent is required, the mobile app will let you know and allow you to request consent.

  • If you receive a new SMS from a lead and have notifications turned On, you will receive a notification whether you are in the application or not.

  • Clicking the SMS notification takes you to the text box for that lead.

  • You cannot attach or receive files at this time.

  • The name at the top of an SMS thread is a link to the Lead Detail.

Calendar

All events and follow-ups scheduled in the web application will be viewable in the mobile application. New calendar events can be created when in a lead.

Search

You can search for leads based on common criteria. Select the Search field in the sliding box below the Search bar. Results will be shown based on the most recently created lead.

Recent search requests are automatically saved and will be viewable when you visit the Search page. Select the arrow to run the same search again.

Pipeline

The Pipeline section shows all of the borrower-related queues and statuses. This will match your inFlow setup from the web application and includes: Open Leads, Unassigned Leads, Prioritized Alerts, Custom Queues, and workflow statuses.

You can select a status or section to view the associated leads.

Pipeline Filter

Once you are in a status or section, you can move to any other status/section by selecting the Filter icon:

Lead Detail

Once you make a selection on any lead card, you will be taken to the Lead Detail screen. Key items include:

  • Same application sections as the web application

  • Ability to edit or add new information to the lead

  • Ability to view Notes and Lead History

  • Option to take Actions: Complete activities, Call, Email, SMS, Export to LOS, Add Notes, Create a Calendar Event (Note: Users need to scroll to view the complete list of options. Not all options are available to all users.)

Activities

You can select/complete the same activities as in the web application. Open the Activity dropdown and select the correct activity. This will update the lead and execute any related actions.

Partners

The Partners section shows the same statuses/sections you can view in the web application.

The Partner Detail card shows the same detail sections as in the web application.
