The My Flyers section contains three tabs:

• Static Flyers

• Manual Listings

• Shared Listings

The Static Flyers tab of My Flyers is the default tab. It is where marketing managers can load flyers you can download and provide to real estate agents with your loan officer information. Your company may load product-specific flyers or promotions here for your use.

How to Print a Static Flyer

1. Click My Flyers.

2. Click Static Flyers.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Select and hover over a flyer.

4. Click Print Flyer.
   
   

    

5. The Print Flyer popup window opens.
   
   

    

6. Click the Print to open the flyer in the PDF format. The flyer takes about 15 seconds to be created in PDF format.
   
   

    

7. The hyperlinked PDF file name is added to the Print Flyer window.

   • Click the PDF file name to print the flyer.
     OR

   • Click Email to Agent to email the flyer to an agent.
     
     

      

8. If printed, the flyer opens in a separate window. Click the download icon to download the flyer.
   
   

How to Co-Brand a Static Flyer with a Real Estate Partner

1. Click My Flyers.

2. Click Static Flyers.
   
   

    

3. Select and hover over a flyer.

4. Click Print Flyer to open the Print Flyer popup window.
   
   

    

5. The Print Flyer popup window opens.
   
   

    

6. Select a real estate partner from the Select a Realtor dropdown.
   
   

    

7. Click Print. The flyer takes about 15 seconds to be created in PDF format.
   
   

    

8. The hyperlinked PDF file name is added to the Print Flyer window.

   • Click the PDF file name to print the flyer.
     OR

   • Click Email to Agent to email the flyer to an agent.
     
     

      

9. If printed, the flyer opens in a separate window. Click the download icon to download the flyer, which will display both the real estate partner and loan officer information.
