AgentConnect — My Flyers: Shared Listings

Description

The My Flyers section contains three tabs:

  • Static Flyers

  • Manual Listings

  • Shared Listings

The Shared Listings tab of My Flyers allows you to produce co-branded flyers. Once you connect with a real estate partner in AgentConnect, they are added to your My Network. You can then create flyers using the data from the MLS listing, and AgentConnect will automatically pull in the information from your real estate partner's profile.

The flyers contain information about the following:

  • Property

  • Real estate agent

  • Loan officer

  • Available loan programs

The pricing shown on the Shared Listing Flyers comes directly from your Optimal Blue integration.


Benefits of Co-Branded Flyers

Co-branded flyers offer many benefits.

  • Connected partners have direct access to AgentConnect to create and print flyers.

  • Connected partners add their contact information, headshot, and logo to their profile. AgentConnect automatically adds this information to the MLS flyers.

  • AgentConnect systemically creates a property website landing page co-branded when the MLS flyer is created.

  • Your referral partners have QR codes to use in marketing their properties that connect directly to the co-branded landing page.


How to Create a Co-Branded Flyer

  1. Click My Flyers.

  2. Click Shared Listings.

     

  3. The My Shared Listings section opens. It shows all the real estate agents' listings in your My Network section.

     

  4. Click the Flyer icon.

     

  5. A blue popup notification appears, confirming that the flyer is being generated.

    1. It takes approximately 15 seconds to create the flyer.

    2. If the flyer does not generate, check your browser settings to allow popups.

       

  6. The newly-generated flyer opens in a separate tab.

     

  7. Click the Print or Download icon to print or download the flyer.


How to Share a Co-Branded Flyer

Follow these steps to create an image you can upload to a social media account. The image is formatted for use on LinkedIn or Facebook.

  1. Click My Flyers.

  2. Click Shared Listings.

     

  3. The My Shared Listings section opens. It shows all the real estate agents' listings in your My Network section.

     

  4. Click the Share icon.

     

  5. Select Email RE Agent, Share on Facebook, or Share on LinkedIn. The Preview Share popup window opens, displaying the image you will see. You can Close or Download the image.

Setting the Pricing on a Flyer

Follow these steps to edit the pricing options and discount points to show on the flyer.

  1. Click the Pricing icon.

  2. The Set Loan Program Order popup window opens.

     

  3. You can add discount points to be applied to all loan programs displayed.

     

  4. Drag and drop the loan programs into the order you would like them to display.

     

  5. Click Preview to see how the pricing will display on the flyer, including any discount points, if applicable.

     

  6. Click View Details to see the best offer for that specific loan program and the two closest programs.
