Overview

The My Loan Programs and My Rates sections connect to your organization's pricing of choice, Optimal Blue or Mortech. This article describes:

My Loan Programs

The My Loan Programs section lets you connect to loan pricing by product. You can then set up a default set of pricing options for flyers. Pricing can be edited by each flyer using the Pricing option when printing a flyer.

My Rates

The My Rates section allows you to quickly view current rates through the direct connection to your pricing engine. You can also create a Rate Quote Sheet from this section.

My Loan Programs

How to View/Edit My Loan Program Sets

Use this section when you want to create loan program sets to display a different set of products or a different order. Your organization will build a default set of programs to show on your flyers.

  1. Click My Loan Programs.

     

  2. Click the My Programs tab. The loan program sets, including your company’s default, appear.

     

  3. Click View Set to view a loan program set. In this example, we view the default set.

     

  4. You can change the order of the loan programs within a set by dragging and dropping them into a new location. The changes are automatically saved. Click Close (at the bottom of the screen) when you have finished viewing and/or making changes.

 

How to Create a New Loan Program Set

The default program set will appear on your flyers unless you create a new program set and apply filters where the new set should be applied.

  1. Click the + icon tile or the orange + button at the top of the screen.

     

  2. Complete the fields in the New Loan Program Set popup window when it opens.

    1. Name of program: Give the new loan program set a name.

    2. Description: Include a description of the new loan program set.

    3. Type of filter: Select a filter type from the drop-down options that determines when you want the new loan program set to be applied to a flyer in place of the default.

    4. Value: Apply a value for the selected filter.

    5. Click Save to create your new loan program set.


      In this example, the new loan program set is named “SAMPLE PROGRAM.” The “zip code” filter is selected with a value of “75223.” Flyers created for listings that include a zip code of 75223 will have this loan program set applied in place of the default loan program set.

       

My Rates

Current rates are quickly viewed in AgentConnect because of the direct connection to your Optimal Blue pricing engine. Click My Rates to pull in refreshed pricing. It can take up to 30 seconds to pull in the pricing.

How to View Rate Trends

  1. Click the chart icon while viewing My Rates.

     

  2. This rate trend history for each product compared to the 10-Year Treasury yield will be displayed.

 

How to Create a Rate Quote Sheet

  1. Navigate to My Rates.

     

  2. Click a rate on one of the cards.

     

  3. The Rate Details Panel opens.

     

  4. Click the Print PDF link to print the Rate Quote Sheet.

     

  5. Click Download when the Rate Quote sheet is ready.

     

  6. The Rate Sheet will open in another browser tab where you can print or download it.
