The Manager Review section contains all of the Manager Reviews created for any lead within the organization. All Manager Reviews are visible to all users of the organization. Any user has the ability to approve a Manager Review.
The count at the top right of each of the sections displays the number of reviews present in the section. The count automatically refreshes when any review has been approved.

Create a New Manager Review
A Manager Review, which is a type of note, can be added to any lead within an organization by any agent of the same organization. To be able to add a Manager Review, a lead must be selected from one of the status sections on the left side of inFlow.
The Manager Review action tool is presented above the Lead History section Within the Lead Details on the right side of inFlow. Click the Manager Review action tool to display a popup where the note can be added.
The maximum character limit allowed for the note is 2000 characters.
As you type the review, you are notified of the number of characters left until the 2000 characters limit is reached.
You can cancel to add the review by clicking the Cancel button.
You can save the note by clicking the Update button.
Once a Manager Review is saved, it cannot be edited or deleted.
After saving the Manager Review, a new entry is added in the Lead History section. The added note will be displayed in the Notes section below the Lead History section with the type Manager Review. The added note is also displayed in the Manager Review section which is the last section on the left side of inFlow. Hover over the Note icon to display the content of the note.
Remove a Manager Review
While a Manager Review cannot be deleted, it can be removed from the Manager Review section by approving the review. Any agent within the organization can approve a Manager Review. A green popup notification is displayed when the Manager Review is approved. Approving a Manager Review does not remove the note added in the Manager Review from the Notes section of the lead.
