Overview

You can manage partner relationships in Insellerate using our Referral Partner Workflows. Enter your Real Estate Agents, Contractors, Attorneys, or other referral partners into Insellerate and track the leads they send to you.

 


Partner Types

Adding Partners helps you to build and track relationships.

Partner Prospects

Enter partners with whom you are trying to build relationships.

Seller Agents and Buyer Agents

Real estate agents associated with purchase applications. They may or may not be Referral Partners.

Referral Partner

Track all of the leads sent over from your Referral Partners in one place. You can pull up any Referral Partner and see all associated applications, including their status and activity.


inFlow

Unlock the power of inFlow for your Referral Partners using the same Status and Activity tracking you use for leads with your partners. Use the partner inFlow view to see your Partner relationships and deals in one place.

Use Status, Activities, Sections, and Fields to track your Partner relationship.

Pro Tip: You can customize Sections and Fields to capture any information you want to use to help you build a relationship with your Partner. If you don’t see a field you need, contact your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support to discuss adding custom fields.

Partner Reporting

RE Agent Report

The RE Agent Report shows all of the applications. This report shows all of the Partner's input in the partner details. These are the Buyer and Seller Agents associated with the lead. This report does not require the Partner to be a Referral Partner to show on the report.

Pro Tip: Loan Officers

If you are looking to build relationships with Partners:

  • Give them great service on your current application.

  • Use automated Engagement emails and texts to provide updates as the application moves forward.

  • Call and tell them about the value you can bring to them on future deals.

  • Add them to an Engagement marketing flows to stay in contact.

Pro Tip: Sales Managers

Managers can see roll-up reporting over time on Partners that are sending over the business.

  • Spend your time working with Buyer and Seller Agents generating and sending over business to your organization.

  • Use automated Engagement emails and texts to provide updates as the application moves forward.

  • Call and tell them about the value you can bring to them on future deals.

  • Add them to an Engagement marketing flows to stay in contact.

Referral Partner Report

The Referral Partner Report focuses on the Referral Partners that you associate with leads. This report allows you to see a consolidated view of the applications sent over by your Referral Partner over a given time. Pro Tip: Stay top of mind with your partners.

  • During a meeting with a Referral Partner you can pull up all of their leads in a consolidated view using this report.

  • Use automated engagement emails and texts to update them as the application moves forward.

  • Add follow-up reminders to stay in touch on current deals and discuss value you can add to them on future deals.

  • Add them to an engagement marketing flow to stay in contact.

Sales Manager Report

The Sales Manager Report can be filtered to see only pending deals from Partners. Managers and organizations can use the Sales Manager Report to monitor the Effort and Success of agents working with Partners.

inTouch Engagements

Use inTouch Paths to automatically send updates to your Referral Partners. You can build on your relationship using custom communications with your partners. Use email and SMS to send updates to your Partners.

  • Create an inTouch Engagement path to send updates to your Partners when they change status throughout the loan application process. To do this, use Status and Activity changes as triggers.

  • Leverage any of the Partner fields or Custom fields set up in the inTouch communications. For example, you could use the Referral Partner and Spouse’s Names in an email inviting them to an event.

  • Send out personalized holiday emails.

  • Activate the Insellerate Partner Newsletters that are branded with your information. Follow these steps to see if the Monthly Partner Newsletter is currently going out.

    1. Navigate to the inSight tab.

    2. Click Email Report.

    3. Pull up a report containing more than one month of data.

    4. Look for a Task Name containing a Newsletter with a Contact Type Partner.

      Note: If you do not see Monthly Partner Newsletters, talk with your Customer Success Manager about options or open a Support ticket.

API and Integrations

You can leverage Insellerate's Webhooks and API with the Partner Workflow and fields. Examples include:

  • Bulk Partner creation.

  • Send webhook to trigger a third-party integration when a status or activity changes.

  • Send a webhook when a field is updated with a value to a third-party integration.

AgentConnect

Add value to your Partner's relationships using AgentConnect. You can create Co-Branded Real Estate Flyers for agents and custom property landing pages featuring the property, your Partner, and information about you as the loan officer. you can create Real Estate Property Landing Pages that feature you as the loan officer, your Partner, their contact information, and property highlights. Lastly, you can create Static Flyers about your products with your personal branding.

Co-Branded Real Estate Flyers

Both you and your partner can quickly create co-branded real estate flyers that your Partners can use for marketing in many ways.

  • Flyer Content

    • Flyers include highlights from the MLS listing and pictures.

    • Partner branding and contact information.

    • Loan officer contact information.

    • The top four pricing options are displayed depending on the flyer you choose. The pricing is directly connected to your Optimal Blue or Mortech pricing engines.

    • Ability to access the custom property landing page associated with the real estate flyer.

      • The landing page is created automatically when you create the real estate flyer.

      • Option to scan the QR code to access the page. QR codes are commonly used by mobile phone users to quickly access information. They can open their camera and scan the QR code to see the property landing page.

      • Option to text for information. The flyer prompts clients to text a number that will send them a link to the property landing page.

  • Ideas for Flyer Use

    • Print and hand out flyers to leads at Open House events.

    • Print and put flyers in the yard sign inserts.

    • Use as ad copy for magazines or promotions.

    • Insert the QR code from the flyer on any other marketing materials.

       

Real Estate Property Landing Pages

When you create a co-branded real estate flyer, AgentConnect automatically creates a custom property landing page. These landing pages can be used in many ways for marketing by you and your partners.

  • Website URL

  • Features for Real Estate Agents:

    • Contact information.

    • Real estate agent branding.

    • The Request a Showing button initiates an email to the real estate agent and the date/time the lead wants to see the property.

    • The Contact Real Estate Agent button initiates an email to the real estate agent.

    • Lead capture information.

    • Features for the Loan Officer:

      • The Apply Now button links to a point-of-sale link for the lead to apply for a loan, or to a website.

      • Contact information for the loan officer.

      • Top four loan products with example pricing from your Optimal Blue or Mortech connections.

      • The Get Pre-Qualified button links to a point-of-sale link for the lead to apply for a loan, or another website.

      • The Contact Loan Officer button initiates an email to the loan officer.

  • Include links to the property landing pages in any of your social media posts or ads.

  • Put links to property landing pages on your website.

  • Your marketing team can upload product flyers that you print with one button.

Data IE: Your Leads Property Profile

Data IE is an Insellerate add-on product that can help you better serve your customers by automatically pulling known public data into your leads. It gives you borrower intelligence with data points to help build relationships.

Clients of organizations with Data IE will receive a monthly home value report. This will show them their potential equity or purchasing power with their current property.
