inFlow Overview

Description

This article provides an overview of the new inFlow (2.0) The inFlow page is where users primarily spend their time while using Insellerate. It provides the you with the ability to manage your pipeline and specific information surrounding each lead. This article covers the following information about the inFlow page:


Sections

The inFlow page is divided into three sections:

  • The left section, the Menu Panel, displays options that allow you to access detailed information about your workflows, queues, statuses, leads, prospects, and partners as well as create new applications.

  • The center section, the Record List Panel, displays a list of records for the item selected in the Menu Panel.

  • The right section, the Record Details Panel, displays the detailed information of a record when it is selected in the Record List Panel.

Menu Panel (Left Section)

The Menu Panel contains the following options:

  • Team/Agent dropdown

  • Workflow Type dropdown

  • Create Application

  • Find Prospects

  • Lists

  • Custom queues

  • Workflows

Team/Agent Dropdown

The Team/Agent dropdown displays a list of all users within the organization who share the same branch permissions as the current user. Selecting any of the users from the list displays their pipeline status lead counts.

Workflow Type

The Workflow Type section contains all of your workflow statuses. You can select Applications or Partners from the dropdown menu. Your admin can change the background color of the workflow name icon as well as the font type/color.

  • If Applications is selected as the Workflow Type, only workflows related to applications will be visible in this section.

  • If Partners is selected as the Workflow Type, only workflows related to active partners will be visible in this section.

Create Application

Clicking Create Application opens the Create New Application window in the Record List Panel to the right.

Find Prospects

Clicking Find Prospects opens the Find Prospects window in the Record List Panel to the right.

Lists

The Lists section includes four default lists: Prioritized Alerts, Calendar, Open Leads, and Unassigned Leads. Clicking an item in the Lists section will open a list of those items in the Record List Panel to the right.

In this example, we are viewing the Prioritized Alerts list. A list of prioritized alerts opens in the Record List Panel. Clicking on a specific alert opens detailed information in the Record Details Panel to the right.

Queues

The Queues section contains all of your custom queues. The default view shows only those custom queues containing leads. Placing a check in the All box will make all custom queues visible whether or not they contain any leads. If the Workflow Type (at the top of the Menu Panel) is changed to Partners, only active partners will be visible in this section.

Workflows

The Workflows section contains all of your workflow statuses. If the Workflow Type (at the top of the Menu Panel) is changed to Partners, only workflows related to active partners will be visible in this section. Your admin can change the background color of the workflow name icon as well as the font type/color.

The count displays the number of applications or leads present in each workflow. The count automatically refreshes when status changes occur on the leads.


Record List Panel (Center Section)

The Record List Panel displays a list of records for the link, field, or list selected in the Menu Panel.

Workflow Type: Partner

The Partner Registration page opens when Partner is selected as the Workflow Type.


Workflow Type: Applications

The list of records matching the selected list, queue, or workflow opens when Applications is selected as the Workflow Type.

Record Details Panel (Right Section)

The right section, the Record Details Panel, displays the detailed information of a record when it is selected in the Record List Panel. This includes the Lead History, Notes, Call Activity, Assignments, and extensive information in the Contact Form. Additionally, the Action Tools allow you to perform a variety of actions.


Viewing Options

inFlow offers several ways to view information. You may customize it to suit your preferences. All panels can be collapsed to increase the screen space of the panel(s) you are viewing.

Viewing the Menu Panel

Several settings are available for viewing the Menu Panel. You can set the Menu Panel to start out and remain expanded, or to be collapsed. If the Menu Panel is collapsed, hovering over it allows you to view the options. Clicking the arrow at the top right of the Menu Panel will cause it to stay open.

Viewing the Record List Panel

You may view information in the Record List Panel in two ways: List View and Card View. The List View allows you to expand the view and see information across the screen.

Viewing the Record Details Panel

The right section, the Record Details Panel, displays the detailed information of a record when it is selected in the Record List Panel.
