Classic - inFlow Overview
The inFlow page is the primary page where users spend the majority of their time while using Insellerate. It provides the loan officer with the ability to manage their pipeline and specific information surrounding each lead. The inFlow page is divided into two sections:
The left side, the Pipeline Panel, displays the organization’s workflow statuses.
The right side, the Application Panel, displays information regarding the selected lead.

Pipeline Panel (Left Side)
The Pipeline Panel contains the user’s pipeline flow as configured in the organization’s workflow. Once a lead is selected and the lead details are displayed, each section within the lead details can be collapsed and expanded. Only one section can be expanded at a time.
Team/Agent Dropdown
The Team/Agent dropdown displays a list of all users within the organization who share the same branch permissions as the current user. Selecting any of the users from the list displays their pipeline status lead counts.
Users can search the dropdown when Search Option is enabled by the Superadmin. Refreshing the page resets the user selection to the current user and counts.
Customer Type
The Customer Type dropdown displays the options to select the type of application within inFlow.
Depending on the selection, the respective status sections will be displayed.

Refresh the Panel
Clicking the Refresh button refreshes the entire side.
Expand/Collapse the Panel
Clicking the Expand button enlarges the Pipeline Panel across the full viewing pane. Up to fifteen leads may be viewed at a time. Once a lead is selected, the viewing pane automatically returns to its standard split-screen layout with both the Pipeline and the Application Panels visible.
Clicking the Collapse button returns the viewing pane to its standard split-screen layout with both the Pipeline and the Application Panels visible.

Application Panel (Right Side)
The Application Panel displays the lead details of the lead selected from the Pipeline Panel.
No Lead is Selected
When no lead is selected, the default view of the Application Panel only displays these sections.

After a lead is selected, the lead details and action tools are displayed. Each section can be collapsed and expanded.

Lead Details Section
Different sections can be configured within the workflow to display the lead details. The user can order the sections according to the information each section stores.
The fields in each section can be added in the workflow.
The position of each field can be changed in the workflow.
