Menu Panel
Description
This article describes the sections of the Menu Panel on the left side of inFlow.
The Menu Panel includes the following sections:
Team/Agent Dropdown
The Team/Agent dropdown displays a list of all users within the organization who share the same branch permissions as the current user. Selecting any of the users from the list displays their pipeline status lead counts.
The Team/Agent dropdown populates based on a user’s viewing permissions:
Default: view applications assigned to me and any user who reports to me
View Team: view applications assigned to all teams who report to my manager
View All: view all applications regardless of owner
Viewing permissions are set based on the user’s role. To update these preferences, please contact support@insellerate.com.
Workflow Type
The Workflow Type section contains all of your workflow statuses. You can select Applications or Partners from the dropdown menu. Your admin can change the background color of the workflow name icon as well as the font type/color.
If Applications is selected as the Workflow Type, only workflows related to applications will be visible in this section.
If Partners is selected as the Workflow Type, only workflows related to active partners will be visible in this section.
Create Application Button
Clicking Create Application opens the Create New Application window in the Record List Panel to the right.
Find Prospects Button
Clicking Find Prospects opens the Find Prospects window in the Record List Panel to the right.
Lists
The Lists section includes four default lists: Prioritized Alerts, Calendar, Open Leads, and Unassigned Leads. Clicking an item in the Lists section will open a list of those items in the Record List Panel to the right.
In this example, we are viewing the Prioritized Alerts list. A list of prioritized alerts opens in the Record List Panel. Clicking on a specific alert opens detailed information in the Record Details Panel to the right.
Queues
The Queues section contains all of your custom queues. The default view shows only those custom queues containing leads. Placing a check in the All box will make all custom queues visible whether or not they contain any leads. If the Workflow Type (at the top of the Menu Panel) is changed to Partners, only active partners will be visible in this section.
Workflows
The Workflows section contains all of your workflow statuses. If the Workflow Type (at the top of the Menu Panel) is changed to Partners, only workflows related to active partners will be visible in this section. Your admin can change the background color of the workflow name icon as well as the font type/color.
The count displays the number of applications or leads present in each workflow. The count automatically refreshes when status changes occur on the leads.
