My Reports
Description
My Reports is a permission-based page used to run reports based on the entire organization’s data. It is usually used by the organization’s administrators.

How to Access My Reports
Select My Reports from the inSight dropdown menu.
The My Reports page opens.
Report Types
Reports can be retrieved based on selected filters.
All Application Roles
All applications assigned to an agent
Multiple agents can be assigned to the same application
All Created and Updated Leads
All created and updated leads
All Follow-Ups
All leads with a follow-up action tied to them
All Leads
All applications within the organization
All Prospects
All leads within the organization
Columns
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Report Type | Type of report being run |
Report Name | Name of report being run |
Requested | Time and date on which the report was requested to be run |
Status | Status of the report as it is being run:
|
Completed | Time and date when the report finished running |
Buttons on My Report
Run Report
The Run Report button is disabled by default and is only enabled after you have selected a report to run from the Report Name dropdown.
Select the type of report to run.
Click the Run Report button.
A green popup notification is displayed to notify you that an email will be sent when the report is ready.
Refresh the page to see the query status of the selected report.
Download a Report
The Download button is displayed only after the report has been run successfully and is ready to download. Once the button is displayed, it is always enabled. You can download the report any number of times.
