RE Agent Report

Description

The Real Estate Agent Report shows your partner information for buyer and seller agents associated with an application. Creating a partner in a web application or mobile application as a buyer/seller agent adds them to the RE Agent Report. The results can also be filtered in the following ways to allow you to gain insights into your partners differently.

  • Buyer/Seller

  • Campaigns

How to View the RE Agent Report

  1. Select RE Agent Report from the inSight dropdown menu.

  2. The Real Estate Agent Report page opens.

  3. Select the filters you would like to see on the report. (See the Real Estate Agent Report Filters table below.)

  4. Click Run Report. The report may take up to one minute to open.

  5. The screen displaying the report data opens. (See the Real Estate Agent Report Columns table below for a description of the data contained in each column.)

Notes

  • Click any of the hyperlinked counts to display the Leads Details popup. See the Leads Details article for more details.

  • You can export reports as an Excel file by clicking the Excel Export button. The report view can also be saved/loaded/cleared. See the Saved Report Views article for more details.


Report Filters

Select options from the following filters when running a Real Estate Agent Report.

Date

  • Defines the time period of the report

  • Always defaults to the current date when first opened

Branch

  • Is the listing of branch names of associate leads

  • Always defaults to My Branch when first opened

Buyer/ Seller

 

  • Buyer agent is someone who is actively helping his commissioner look for a home

  • Seller agent is the agent who is selling the property/mortgage

  • Always defaults to All when first opened

Campaign

  • Displays information pertaining to the selected campaign

  • Always defaults to All when first opened


Report Columns

Certain columns appear in the Real Estate Agent Report by default. Additional columns can be added to meet the user’s specific needs in any report.

Results can be grouped by column by dragging the column header above the column names. Column totals are listed at the bottom of the report. The Totals row contains the aggregated data of the respective columns.

Name of the real estate agent company

Primary Agent Name

Name of the agent initially assigned to a lead

Total Leads

Total amount of leads provided by the real estate agent

Conversion Rate

Percentage of leads that get to processing

Application

Leads tied to the real estate agent (hyperlinked)

Funded

How many of the leads reached funded status

Additional Columns

You can filter down to add columns to a Real Estate Agent Report.

  1. Click the three dots to the right of any column header.

  2. Click Columns.

  3. Place a checkmark next to the column name you would like to add.
