Description
This article provides a high-level overview of the Insellerate desktop user interface. It includes information about:

Because the Insellerate platform is customizable, your version may have tailored configurations that look slightly different from those in the images. Based on your role in your organization, you may not have access to all of the tabs described in this article.
Navigation Tabs
Loan officers most frequently work in the inSight and inFlow tabs. These tabs provide easy access to the Main Dashboard, My Pipeline, reporting information, and the tools you use to manage your day.
inSight
Options in the dropdown menu of the inSight tab provide access to tools that allow you to:
Oversee sales management
Manage your pipeline
Evaluate marketing performance
View results from client engagements
Compile data through multiple report types
Main Dashboard
The Main Dashboard provides an overview of your organization through views into your application pipeline and progression.
My Pipeline
The My Pipeline reporting feature allows you to display preset reports, including all applications assigned to the user specified in the Team/Agent dropdown near the top of the page. Users can see company-level reports and have the ability to create custom My Pipeline Reports.
Reports
The wide variety of reports available through inSight provide valuable information.
The Marketing Report displays applications based on campaigns. It provides information about the efficiency and performance of a specific campaign.
The Sales Manager Report
The Real Estate Agent Report shows your partner information for buyer and seller agents associated with an application.
The Referral Partner Report records how many leads a specific referral partner provides. It also records the conversion rates of the leads sent over by your referral partners. This enables you to understand how leads provided by the referral partner are performing.
The Email Report keeps track of inTouch drip emails that were sent out through Insellerate. You can see an overview of the drip emails that went out for different campaigns for borrowers, partners, internal team members, and manually-entered emails.
The SMS Report keeps track of data sent out by the inTouch automated marketing tool. You can see an overview of the data sent out for different campaigns for borrowers, partners, internal team members, and manually-entered emails.
The Advanced Reporting feature is limited to admins.
The My Reports page is a permission-based page used to run reports based on the entire organization’s data. It is usually used by your organization’s administrators.
The Inbound Call Routing Report measures the marketing call-in volume for an organization’s marketing campaigns. It allows you to drill down to detailed information about how incoming calls are handled.
The Inbound Call Routing User Report measures the number of calls an organization’s marketing campaign receives. It allows you to drill down to detailed information about how the incoming calls' routing is dispensed among agents.
The User Status provides a comprehensive view of all users in the Insellerate system organized by branch, role, and manager. It is usually used by your organization’s administrators.
The Webhook Report displays the most recent 100 webhook events and results.
The Flyer History Report shows which flyers have been downloaded, when, and by whom.
The Impersonate Report shows which users have impersonated your account.
inFlow
The inFlow page is where loan officers primarily spend their time while using Insellerate. It provides you with the ability to manage your pipeline and specific information surrounding each lead. You can drill down to each client to view detailed information associated with that client. Insellerate integrates with your loan operating system to ensure that all of your tracking is aligned
