Highlights


Inbound Call Routing (ICR) Notifications

When setting up a campaign, the new Show Incoming Call Detail toggle BY DEFAULT enables users to see the call details if they match an existing lead. Admins (only) can change the toggle to No and the details will be hidden from the call notifications.

These details include:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • State

  • Loan Type

“Show Incoming Call Detail” Toggle

“Show Incoming Calls Detail” Toggle: On (Default Notification)

“Show Incoming Calls Detail” Toggle: Off

User Status Report

Additional columns have been added to the User Status Report.

  • Manager of the user

  • Role of the user

     


AgentConnect*

The Equal Housing Opportunity and Equal Housing Lender logos were added to co-branded flyers and landing pages.


BusyLight Integration

BusyLights can be connected via USB to display the user's call status. Colors are used to indicate status.

  • Green: Available for a call
    The user is logged in, has calls turned on, and is not currently on a call.

  • Red: Not available for a call
    The user is logged out, has calls turned off, OR is currently on a call.

  • Blinking Red: Inbound call
    The user is logged in, has calls turned on, is not on a call, and has an inbound call coming in.

 


Bugs

Global Session Timeout

Issue: The webphone active call was not stopping the global session timer.

WebPhone Call Recording

Issue: The webphone call recordings were not available for replay.

Status: Resolved

Preset Report

Issue: Users not on the User List can see the reports.

Status: Resolved

Issue: Permissions added to the role of Operational Administrator.

  • My Network - Partner Registration Link

Issue: When real estate partners have registered and use the same link to access again, the system tries to re-register them. The system will now direct them to the Login Screen.

  • Two-Step Approval

Issue: If permission is turned on for two-step approvals, individual permission for self-approval should override it.

  • HTML Editor

Issue: Images that are online- or cloud-hosted were not displaying in the preview.

Status: Resolved

 

  • PDF Content

Issue: PDFs are not displaying in the preview.

  • “inTouch Only” Emails showing in Content Libary

Issue: Content labeled as inTouch Only should not be visible in the content library.
