Content Library Updates

• New permission will allow users to view all content

  • A newly created permission overrides all branching or other data segregation permissions and will allow a user to view any and all content in the Content Library. Please contact Insellerate Support if a user requires this permission. Admin approval is required.

• Task Creation: Updates to Audience Creation to search larger sets of data

  • CURRENT: Audience Creation (Step 2) in creating a new task currently only brings back the most recent 5k leads. Filtering added only applied to those leads.

  • UPDATE: Any filtering added during Step 2 will search all leads or partners in the database based on the filters. The most recent 5k will be returned.

New Lead Creation: Manual

Designate another user as the Primary Agent when creating new leads. When users create new leads in the Find Prospects and Create New Leads tool, they can now assign another team member as the primary agent per their Team/Agent dropdown list.

Emails: Auto Removal for Bounced, Spam, or Unsubscribed Emails Turned Off

In August, a new feature was introduced to automatically remove partners and contacts from future email automation campaigns if the response to the email provided was bounced, spam, or unsubscribe. Additional enhancements are required to account for some responses so the feature was turned off until those development items are completed. No action is required from users.

• Manual Listings - Realtor Modal – state searchable

  • The State dropdown in the Realtor Modal's manual listings will have search functionality.

• Manual Listings - Flyer Template Preference

• My Flyers > Manual Listings Update Sort Newest to Oldest

  • The default view on Manual Listing flyers is sorted from newest to oldest upon refresh.
