Admin Screen UI/UX Updates

There are ongoing UI/UX updates to various pages including the Duplicate Management, Web Phone Settings, Custom Queue Admin, Preset Report Admin, and Custom Filter Admin pages.

Marketing Report: Campaign Custom Fields Now available

If an organization adds custom information to a campaign setting, you can now view those fields in the Marketing Report.

Single Contact (BETA): Manage at the Customer Level

New functionality that enables a user to manage records at the Customer level with all associated transactions linked together is in development with an initial release for BETA purposes only with a defined client group. Full release to all clients is schedule for late Q4 / early Q1 - 2025. This will allow for Customer-only workflows, activity, and marketing. Transaction level features will all remain in place.

Other Updates and Fixes

  • Percentage Fields Updated Logic: At times third parties post in values to percentage fields larger than 1.

  • Lending Tree Updated Posting Template: Lending Tree updated its posting format. The new method has been applied to Insellerate.

  • Prioritized Alerts Update: If a record does not have a phone number, it will now show in Prioritized Alerts.
