Content Library: Ability to Sort Content

Users can now sort or filter content via a new dropdown in the Content Library.

UI/UX Update: Various Updates to Improve the User Experience

  • Minor color and design updates to the Email and Referral Partner reports.

  • Content Library: When editing an email in the email task creation process, the user can now preview the changes prior to saving.

Other Bugs/Updates

The following issues have been resolved.

  • inFlow: When clicking a lead in a Page 2 or higher, it was refreshing the list to Page 1.

  • Call Count: Call counts were updating in MyPipeline reports for missed calls and not matching SMR.

  • Saved Views: Saved Views were not saving the columns selected by the user in lists.

  • Workflow Counts Not Updating: When a different user was selected in the Team/Agent dropdown, the lead counts in the left panel were not updating.
