Insellerate has expanded our MLS listing data.

Simplified Process to Connect with Realtors

Several enhancements were completed to improve the invite and signup process for Realtors:

1. The Loan Officer will be copied on the invite the Realtor receives.

2. No images are required by the Real Estate Agent to sign up.

3. The Loan Officer will be notified when the invite had been accepted.

4. The Loan Officer can edit all Real Estate profiles (linked properties and manual).

5. Loan Officers can quickly share any newly created flyer via email.

Improved Flyer Creation Process

1. Users can easily preview flyer templates before making a selection.

2. Users can add the Open House date and time to a flyer.

3. When creating a manual flyer, users will be able to select from both manually-created realtors and shared (synced) realtors for flyer/landing page co-branding.

4. There is a new Preview feature for Static Flyers.

New Admin Controls

1. Set the Default Loan Programs at the org level so users no longer need to define.

2. Any user moved to Inactive in Insellerate will become inactive in AgentConnect.

3. The MyArchive report will show all activity and enable admins to download with a link to the flyer for Compliance requests.
