Classic - Alerts

Alerts are used to notify you to complete the next activity for an application. On the left side of inFlow, the Alerts section displays lead information with the most recent alert on top. Alerts can be prioritized to display in custom orders within inFlow.

 

 

  • When the Alerts priority is on, the Alerts section name changes to Prioritized Alerts. See the Prioritized Alerts article for details.

  • When the Alerts priority is off (by default), the Alerts section remains the same. The alerts are displayed in ascending order beginning with those that will expire first.

  • Alerts are triggered automatically when no actions have been performed on an application within the Alerts Timer.

  • Alerts are removed from the list after you complete the defined activity.

  • Alerts do not refresh automatically. You must click the Refresh icon to manually refresh alerts.

  • A maximum of 2000 alerts may be displayed in the Alerts section.

  • You can define how far back you wish to display alerts.

  • Alerts from July 1st 2018 – Present are displayed, by default.

  • Since Yesterday

    • Alerts after yesterday (count from today 's date)

  • Since Last Week

    • Alerts after last week (count from today’s date)

    • Alerts after last month (count from today’s date)

  • Since Last 6 Months

    • Alerts after last six months (count from today’s date)

  • Since Last Year

    • Alerts after last year (count from today’s date)

    • Alerts from all past to current date

Days/Hours/Minutes

Defines how long an application can stay in the current activity before the alert is triggered

Alert Type

  • Defines what kind of alert is triggered

  • Only option is to display the alert in the Alerts section of inFlow

Alert Campaigns

  • Defines which marketing campaigns the alert only applies to

  • By default, alerts are enabled for all campaigns

  • Select specific campaigns from the multiselect dropdown menu

Alert Roles

Defines which user roles the alert applies to
