Classic - Calendar

This article provides information on how to use the Calendar section in the Pipeline Panel (left side) of inFlow.

Overview

The Calendar section displays all of a user’s scheduled follow-ups. It is an integrated scheduling tool designed for users to manage their follow-ups. The Calendar can be used to schedule, edit, view, call, delete, and complete follow-ups.

Note
Users may schedule, edit, view, and complete follow-ups for others. This is a permissions-based feature based on branch and role. Users can also edit follow-ups from the calendar. Changes are tracked in Lead History.
Users must contact Insellerate Support to enable the permissions for this feature.

Calendar Views

Users can choose from four different views within the Calendar section: Day, Work Week, Week, and Month.

The left/right arrows allow the user to move backward and forward in the calendar they have selected.

Day

By default, the calendar displays the daily, defined work hours of 7 am to 6 pm. Clicking the Show Full Day button displays the full-day schedule of 5 am to 10 pm.

Work Week

The work week is defined as Monday through Friday.

Week

A week is defined as Sunday through Saturday.

Month

The Month view displays all days within a month.
