Classic - Custom Queues - Primary Agent

Overview

The Custom Queue section on the left side of inFlow allows users to view and potentially take leads based on the criteria established by their admin. This article provides the following information about custom queues:


How to View Custom Queues

  1. Click inFlow from the inFlow dropdown options.

     

  2. The custom queues are listed on the left side of inFlow.

     

  3. Click a custom queue to view all leads that meet the criteria selected for that queue. In this example, we will view the High Balance Disclosures custom queue. (Note: The admin has set the View All and Take Button toggles to Yes in the custom filter for this custom queue.)

     

Note: If a lead is taken, it is not available to reappear in the queue for 24 hours unless an administrator has reset the custom queue removal timer.


How to Change the Column Order

The order in which the columns appear can be easily changed.

  1. Drag and drop the columns into the desired order.

     

  2. Click the Save icon to save the changes.


How to Select which Columns are Displayed

Users may choose which fields they would like to see displayed in the column headers. By default, the first eight fields are shown.

  1. Click the three dots to the right of any column header.

     

  2. Click Columns to open a list of all available fields/columns.

     

  3. To add a field/column, place a checkmark in the box next to the field name to be added. To remove a field/column, click the box next to the filed name to remove the checkmark.
