Custom Queues - User

Overview

The Queues section contains all of your custom queues. It allows you to view and potentially take leads based on the criteria established by your admin.

The default view shows only those custom queues containing leads. Placing a check in the All box will make all custom queues visible whether or not they contain any leads.

If the Workflow Type (at the top of the sidebar) is changed to Partners, only active partners will be visible in this section.

How to View Custom Queues

  1. Click inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow dropdown options.

  2. Click a custom queue to view all leads that meet the criteria selected for that queue. In this example, we are viewing the AI Assistant - Hot Leads custom queue.

Note: If a lead is taken, it is not available to reappear in the queue for 24 hours unless an administrator has reset the custom queue removal timer.


How to Change the Column Order

The order in which the columns appear can be easily changed.

  1. Drag and drop the columns into the desired order.

     

  2. Click the Save icon to save the changes.


How to Select which Columns are Displayed

You may choose which fields you would like to see displayed in the column headers. By default, the first eight fields are shown.

  1. Click the three dots to the right of any column header.

     

  2. Click Columns to open a list of all available fields/columns.

     

  3. To add a field/column, place a checkmark in the box next to the field name to be added. To remove a field/column, click the box next to the filed name to remove the checkmark.
