Calling List Tool: Calling Outcome Shortcuts

Admins can now define a list of calling outcome “shortcuts” that will immediately end the current call, disposition the call, and initiate the next call via the WebPhone. Calling the next lead is now almost instantaneous and enables teams to work through large lists quickly. The Calling List Tool and WebPhone articles provide more information.

Custom Filters: Easily Manage Different Data Variables in inTouch

Admins can now create custom filters without a status or campaign requirement for use in inTouch. This will enable marketing managers to create groups they can apply across multiple marketing documents but only need to update/manage in one location.

For example, you could create a custom filter for specific teams and apply the custom filter as a requirement within inTouch. Anytime you need to add a user to a team, just update the custom filter and it will populate across every marketing document it is applied to. The articles on Custom Filters and inTouch provide additional information about these topics.

Automated Marketing: Define Lead Level Preferences for Email and Text

The inTouch Action tool has been updated to simplify turning automated marketing on/off at the lead level.

Set the Receive Email and Receive Text Messages toggles as desired.

 

Partners: Add/Edit Partners on the Borrower Application from Within inFlow

If a user has permission to add/edit partners on the Partners page, they can now add a new partner or edit/update information for an existing partner on the borrower application. Details are available in the Creating a Partner in the Web Application article.

Other Improvements

Last Outbound Call Date field

Updated to display the user’s local time per computer settings.

Content Library: Instagram updates

The Video Caption field has been removed and users can enter the post caption in the Social Media Message field. The same field is used for Facebook and LinkedIn integrations.

Flyer History and Social Media Post reports

Sort default updated from newest to oldest.


Bugs

Email Report

Issue: Totals hyperlink were not loading detail.

Status: Resolved.

Issue: Action Name and Email Template Name not populating.
