Call Records
Description
This article describes the Call Records in the Total Calls column of the Marketing Report.
Steps
Select Marketing Report under the inSight tab.
Enter the report parameters in the Loan Purpose, Property State, Primary Agent, Date, and Branch fields.
Click Run Report.
The Marketing Report opens.
Click any call count in the Total Calls column.
The Call Records popup window opens.
Notes
The total number of call records in the Call Records popup window should match the lead count in the Marketing Report.
The phone numbers appear as blue hyperlinks if phone permissions are On for the user. These numbers are available for click-to-call.
The Talk Times column displays the individual call times per campaign and should match the talk times in the Call Activity section of the leads in the campaign selected.
Click the Excel Export button to begin a download of a CSV file with all data shown in the popup, including the headers.
Columns
Column Name | Column Definition |
Date | The date/time on which the phone call was made |
Phone | The phone number to or from which the call was made |
Talk Time | Total call duration of the call (HH:MM:SS) |
Current Status | Current status in inFlow the lead is in |
Last Activity | Current activity of the status in inFlow the lead is in |
Campaign | The campaign to which the lead belongs |
Borrower Email Address | The lead’s email address |
Loan Rate | Loan rate decided for the lead as mentioned in inFlow |
Loan Balance | Balance loan amount as mentioned in inFlow |
