How to View New Leads

Description

This article describes how to view new leads. Users may view new leads via the New Lead Notifications icon or via inFlow.

Viewing New Leads via the New Leads Notification Icon

Users can click the New Leads Notification icon to view new leads.

  1. Click the New Lead Notifications icon.

  2. The New Lead Notifications popup window opens.

  3. Click a new lead to view it. Once viewed, the lead will no longer be listed in the popup.

  4. The new lead opens in the Record Details Panel.

Viewing New Leads via inFlow

Users can view New Leads in inFlow.

  1. Select inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow dropdown.

  2. Select New Lead from the Workflows list in the Menu Panel. The number circled in green shows how many new leads there are.

  3. The list of new leads opens in the Record List Panel.

  4. Select a new lead to view.
