How to Find a Prospect

Description

This article describes how to find a new prospect in inFlow.

Steps

  1. Open inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow tab dropdown options.

  2. Select Applications from the Workflow Type dropdown menu.

  3. Click Find Prospects in the Menu Panel.

  4. The Find Prospects window opens in the Record List Panel.

     

  5. Enter search criteria in one of the Reference ID, Campaign, Last Name, or Mobile Phone fields.

  6. Click the magnifying glass to the right of the selected search field to search for a prospect using the criteria you entered.

     

  7. The Prospect Search Result popup window opens containing a list of all leads that meet the search criteria for Last Name (Test).

  8. Refine the search by entering or selecting additional criteria in the Reference ID, Campaign, Last Name, or Mobile Phone fields of the Prospect Search Results popup window. In this example, we are adding the AI Assistant campaign to the search criteria of the Test search results.

     

  9. Click Search.

  10. The Prospect Search Result popup window opens again. Our example now contains a list of all leads that meet the search criteria for Last Name (Test) and Campaign Name (AI Assistant). The search can be refined as much as needed to find the prospect.

     

  11. Click View to view a particular prospect in the Record Details Panel.

     

  • The Prospect Search Result popup displays the first 2000 search results. Multiple search criteria can be entered into the popup to narrow results.

  • Columns can be filtered and display results in ascending or descending order.

  • The Take button is available if you have a state license that matches the lead’s property state.

  • Search results can be exported to an Excel file.
