Content Library Compliance Reporting

Flyer Download History Report

A new report has been added to show which flyers have been downloaded, when, and by whom. This can be used to understand activity or for compliance. The report can be exported and will include a link in the .csv that will open a copy of the downloaded report. See the Flyer History Report article for details.

Email Report: Added Link to Email in Exported .csv

The exported Email Report will now include a link to a web version of the email sent. This will assist with compliance requests as needed.

Task Management Page: Added Completed Date Column

The completed date/time is now available on the Task Management report for the Content Library. This will be the actual time the task was completed by Insellerate.

Mobile Application

The following updates are live in the mobile application v 1.13.7 (157).

“TPO Only” Permission

This new permission disables the user’s ability to take any actions on a borrower’s application. All borrower-related information is “View Only.” This is for TPO teams that are focused on engaging brokers and brokerage companies.

Link to Lead Detail from SMS

The name at the top of an SMS thread is now a link to the Lead Detail.

Notification Bug Fix

The sound/vibrate notification for a new SMS or lead was not working on iOS. This has been resolved.
