New Features/Enhancements

Highlights

Content Library

Filter Tag(s): AND/OR filter capabilities

Users can define filter logic for tags in the Content Library using a new AND/OR toggle option. The default filter logic is set to AND.

Filter logic set to AND. This means all tags must be true for the content to show. It is the default setting.

 

Filter logic set to OR. This means content will show if at least one tag is true for the content.

 

Admin Controls

User Impersonation

A new administrative control is now available allowing a user to impersonate any user per their branch admin permissions. Please contact the Insellerate Customer Support Team to activate this feature.

 

Last Outbound Call Field

A new field has been added that will always show the date/time of the last outbound call made to the contact. The field can be used as a filter for inTouch, custom queues, or preset reports.

Example: Show me all leads where the last outbound call was > 30 days ago. The field can also be added to the inFlow application.

 

Outlook Integration

Linking Outlook Invites to Insellerate Contacts

Invitations corresponding to an application or contact in Insellerate will be automatically linked in the Outlook integration. The user must be assigned or have access in order to view the application or contact for the event to be associated. Read more about the Outlook Calendar Integration.

Notes

  • The system will only attempt to link invitations containing a single invitee.

  • In instances of multiple matches, the system will link the invitation to the most recent lead with activity.

 

inFlow

The Take button has been relocated to the front of the table in Open Leads, Custom Queues, and Prospect Search Results. This will provide enhanced convenience and easier accessibility.

New Menu Bar

The menu bar now contains links to the following:

  • inFlow

  • Content Library

  • AgentConnect Training

     

New Help/Support Icon

  • Clicking Help directs the user to Insellerate’s Help Center.

  • Clicking Support directs the user to Insellerate’s Customer Support Team.

     

My Network Search Bar

When searching for a realtor using the My Network search bar, the results are listed in alphabetical order.
