What does it mean for Loan Officers, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers?
The picture uploaded to your user profile will be available on inTouch engagements. If you are an AgentConnect client, the image will also be available in AgentConnect.
Follow-Ups: Completion added to Application Lead History
What does it mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?
As you mark follow-ups complete, they will show in the Application History.

inFlow: Click-to-Call Default Caller ID
What does it mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?
When a user clicks to call in Insellerate, and the Caller ID field is blank, it will display the work number in the user ID to the client.
inFlow: Partner Consent Bypass
What does it mean for Loan Officers and Sales Managers?
When adding a partner, and the associated partner has granted consent for SMS, the consent will apply to all applications associated with the partner. You can text the partner on any associated application without asking for additional consent.
Admin: Custom Queue Removal Timers
What does it mean for Admins?
After an application is taken from a custom queue, this enhancement will allow the administrator to define the amount of time until a lead can be taken from any custom queue. Admins can set a timer at each custom queue level. Timers can be set in minutes and hours.
Integrations: Mortgage Coach
