Description

This article describes the Record List Panel in the center of inFlow. The Record List Panel displays a list of records based on the selections made in the Menu Panel. The selections in the Meu Panel that determine which records are displayed in the Record List Panel are:

  1. The Workflow Type

    • If Applications is selected as the Workflow Type, only records related to applications will be visible.

    • If Partner is selected as the Workflow Type, only records related to active partners will be visible.

  2. List, Queue, Workflow

    • If a List item is selected, only records for that list will be displayed.

    • If a Queue item is selected, only records for that queue will be displayed.

    • If a Workflow item is selected, only records for that workflow will be displayed.

Applications Workflow Type

By default, the Create New Application page opens in the Record List Panel when Applications is selected as the Workflow Type in the Menu Panel.

To View a List of Application Records

The list of records matching the selected list, queue, or workflow opens when you select an item.

Example: When the selected List in the Menu Panel is “Open Leads,”
the Open Leads records are listed in the Record List Panel.

Example: When the selected Queue in the Menu Panel is “AI Assistant - HOT LEADS”
the AI Assistant - HOT LEADS records are listed in the Record List Panel.

Example: When the selected Workflow in the Menu Panel is“Application,”
the Applications records are listed in the Record List Panel.

Partner Workflow Type

By default, the Partner Registration page opens in the Record List Panel when Partner is selected as the Workflow Type in the Menu Panel.

To View a List of Partner Records

The list of records matching the selected list, queue, or workflow opens when you select an item.

the Unassigned Leads records are listed in the Record List Panel.
