Release Notes 165 - 3/29/24

Highlights

New inFlow: Separated “Find Prospects and Create New Leads” into two buttons

In the new inFlow user interface, the Find Prospects and Create New Leads button has always performed two separate tasks. As we add more functionality, we are breaking out these two tasks into separate buttons. There is no functionality loss for either action and the buttons are in the same location as before. R

This only applies to inFlow 2.0. No changes have been made to the Classic view.

“Customer Type” dropdown updates

Over the next six months, Insellerate will enable users to have new workflow types and not be limited to just Partner or Borrower. In preparation for this, the following updates have been made to the Customer Type dropdown.

  1. The Customer Type dropdown has been renamed as Workflow Type to align with future changes. No functional change and the dropdown name will be updated everywhere Customer Type used to be.

  2. The dropdown selection names have been updated as follows:

    1. Borrower has been changed to Application. There are no functional changes.

    2. Partner remains the same. No changes.

Distribute Ring All: now applies TCPA logic

For lead campaigns using the Distribute Ring All distribution method, the default setting will now apply TCPA rules.

Impact: Based on the time a newly posted lead is received, Insellerate will check the area code associated to the lead and confirm if the lead is within TCPA calling hours for that state. If outside the state’s TCPA calling hours, the lead will be posted to the Unassigned queue and not distributed out to users.

All existing campaigns with Distribute Ring All will now have the TCPA rules turned on by default. You can update this setting by viewing the campaign to make changes.

Custom Queues for inFlow 2.0: data loading updates to improve performance

Custom queues will now only show the first 5,000 leads. However, if the user sorts or adds any filters, the system will rerun the request and bring back the first 5,000 leads that meet that criteria. The custom queue count will still show the total actual available.

There are some fields that will cause the queue to take more time to load as these require real time calculations: Last Call Date, Total # of Calls, Has Alert, and Next Activity Date. If these fields are not required, you can update the field view and speed to load the data will be improved.

Ability to associate another Partner/External Contact to an application

Prior to the update, a user could associate the Buyer Real Estate Agent, Seller Real Estate Agent, Buyer Attorney, Seller Attorney, and Referral Partner to an application. All associated partners would be included in emails, SMS, flyers, and other forms of communication.

An Other partner association field has been added in case there is another partner you wish to communicate with for the specific lead.
