Prioritized Alerts: New Settings to Determine What is Viewable
The Prioritized Alerts feature enables users to see which are the most important tasks to address each day. To assist with presenting tasks that require time-appropriate action, two new settings are now available:
If an event is scheduled in the future for a record, do not show any Prioritized Alerts associated to the record. This setting can be turned on within the inFocus settings for Prioritized Alerts.
If the TCPA feature is active, do not show any Prioritized Alert associated to a record where the phone number is outside TCPA hours.
Content Library: ‘View Only’ Templates will be Hidden by Default
By default, users will now only see content templates that they can send, post, or download. Any content that is View Only will be hidden by default. A new Include View Only Content toggle will be available if a user wants to see all content (View Only and Active).
Email Templates: Ability to Add a Preheader to Emails
A preheader enables the admin to define what recipients see in their email provider's ‘summary page’ as a preheader. This is helpful when the first item in an email is an image so the recipient just sees a URL.
The preheader feature enables users to replace the URL with custom language.
The preheader can be added in the email template editor:
Other Updates
Follow-up table: An Assigned To column is now available to see who the follow-up is assigned to.
Single Sign On: An alternate email option is now available for customers where their Insellerate username / email address is different than their company’s SSO email address. Admins can manage this via User Registration.
Calling List Tool: Users were seeing a delay in the contact form opening in certain use cases. An update was applied to shorten delay.
