Sales Manager Report: Ability to Choose Customer Type
What does this mean to Sales Managers and Admins?
A new filter is available for the Sales Manager Report. The Customer Type filter will allow you to view the results for Borrower applications or Partners.
Marketing Report Additional Filters
What does this mean to Marketing Managers?
The Property State filter will allow you to filter the results for the property state of the applicants.
The Primary Agent filter will display the results based on the Team or Agent.
The Loan Purpose filter will allow you to filter the results to the purpose of the loan, such as Purchase, Refinance No Cash-Out, Refinance Cash Out, Construction Permanent, and others.
Preset Reports: Option to Include Inactive Users in Reports
What does this mean to Sales Managers and Admins?
When using Preset Reports, the system excludes inactive agents' applications when All is selected in the Team/Agent drop-down. This will remain the default option for Preset Reports. A new toggle (Include Inactive Agents) is being added to My Pipeline Preset Reports, allowing you to include inactive agents' applications.
Pro Tip: Users can see the entirety of leads. If you want to see any reporting with all leads and any applications that were funded or are still assigned to the inactive user, they will not display.
Integrations: Meridian API can Query TPO Contacts in Insellerate
This functionality will be available on 2/28/23.
What does this mean to Admins?
The Meridian API can be leveraged to sync with the organization's Insellerate Partners
User Registration Inactive Users
What does this mean to Admins?
The notification showing the remaining leads assigned to the user will be broken into Primary and Secondary assignments when viewing the notification.
Encompass TPO fields available
What does this mean to Marketing Managers and Admins?
Additional fields are available for use in the Application Panel and for inTouch Engagements.
Partner Workflow Enhancements
What does this mean to Loan Officers, Sales Managers, and Admins?
Referral Partner Report Updates
Added Referral Partner Status Column
A column was added for the Referral Partner Status to the Referral Partner Report. This will show you the status section the lead is in on the report.
Ability to Group by Column
The Referral Partner Report results can be grouped by column. This option also exists in the Marketing Report.Action Tools: Ability to Edit a Partner
A new action tool is available only in the Partner Workflow. Users will be able to edit Partner information. Clicking on the Edit icon will open the Partner Registration screen for edits.

Lending QB Name Change
Issue: Lending QB name changed to Meridian Link updated throughout the system.

Encompass TPO- Duplicate Company codes and Partners
Issue: Duplicated company codes were created during Encompass Sync.

Server Errors when Sending Notifications
Issue: Notifications failed to send due to missing OrgId
