AI Custom Record Custom Queues and Filter
Customers who leverage the aiThena call sales review products can now create custom queues and filters based on all AI Analysis records associated to a lead.
Filters can be applied to Deal Probability Score, Agent or Client Sentiment Scores, or any other AI-related score.

Lead History: Ability to Set Filters by Action Type
Customers requested the ability to create and save table field views by Action Type. Users can now determine what Action Types they want to see by default and save the field view via the field view save control.
For example, this allows a user to see only “Marketing” or other Action Types by default in lead history.
Note: The Action Type column is hidden so you must add the column into the table via the column settings () controls.
Calendar Events: Ability to Update and Save an Expired Event
Users can now update and save an expired calendar event as needed. If a call is missed but needs to be rescheduled for the future, the user can right-click on the calendar event and select Edit. The event will open and can be updated.
AgentConnect Updates
The following updates are now live for AgentConnect users:
Property or Agent not found: Updated the notification so it is more clear when a property or agent are not found by the MLS numbers.
Updated the left panel section order to better align with what sections are used most often.
Open House Date/Time: users can now add an Open House Date/Time to a Property Flyer.
Other Bugs/Updates
The following issues have been resolved:
Updates to Distribution Groups were not immediately reflected in the UI.
Records opening in Classic inFlow when user has inFlow 2.0 as default.
