Open Leads: Ability to Set the Fields Users Can View

A new version of Open Leads is now available that enables admins to set the fields users can view.

  • To set the fields and which Open Leads version to use, admins can visit Org Settings.

  • Only one version of Open Leads can be active for the org at any given time.

Filters: New Date Filter that Only Looks at Day/Month

Users with access to create filters for inTouch, Custom Queues, or Preset Reports can now set a date-based filter using only day/month. This enables a more efficient setup for identifying birthdays or anniversaries by day/month only. Example: show me all the people born in March (regardless of year).

Check the Exclude Year box and only day/month will apply.

Other Updates

  • inFlow records counts by Status: Users will now see the actual count per the Status on the left panel of inFlow (Menu Panel).

  • Field Views - now editable: Users with access to custom queues or preset reports can now edit an existing Field View from within the settings page of each Queue or Preset Report.

  • Set Advanced Report as homepage: Users who utilize Advanced Reports can now set in Preferences to have Advanced Reports load first following a new login.
