AgentConnect — Connecting to Pricing Engines

Overview

Pricing engines can be connected to AgentConnect in Insellerate to show pricing examples on flyers and real estate landing pages. This also opens up the Rates section for loan officers to see real-time pricing on their products. This process can only be done by Organization Admins.

This article describes how to connect a user to the Opimal Blue pricing engine.

If you are unable to access AgentConnect, open a ticket with Customer Support if you should be an AgentConnect organizational admin.

How to Connect to Optimal Blue

Instructions

Before getting started, the following two steps must be completed:

  1. Contact Optimal Blue.

    • Optimal Blue does require a contract addendum.

    • Optimal Blue does charge a fee for the connection.

  2. Open a Customer Support ticket with Insellerate to create the Organization Level connection to Optimal Blue.

 

  1. Open inTouch.

     

  2. Click AgentConnect.

     

  3. Click Organization Manager.

     

  4. Select People.

     

  5. Search for the employee you would like to connect to Optimal Blue.

  6. Review the connection indicator, it is the color dot on the left of the profile picture for an agent.

    • Red: Disconnected

    • Green: Connected to the pricing engine

       

       

  7. Click the ellipsis next to the name of the agent you would like to connect to Optimal Blue.

     

  8. Enter the employee name in the Search LO and Connect Pricing Engine field. This will create a connection to Optimal Blue automatically.

     

  9. The user is connected when you see the Optimal Blue icon next to the name. Click Save to store the Optimal Blue connection.

     

Admins can map a user to multiple accounts, if necessary, using the same Optimal Blue connection.
