New Lead Notifications

Description

This article provides information about the New Lead Notifications icon on the main menu bar. The New Lead Notifications icon is shaped like a bell and has a number next to it that shows users how many new leads are assigned to them.

When a new lead is assigned:

  • The New Lead Notification icon shakes and its counter increases.

  • A green popup notification appears to notify you of a new lead, which can be clicked to open the application.

  • A chime sounds to indicate that a new lead has been received. The chime can be turned off via a toggle in the Basic Information section of the campaign.

Viewing New Leads

  1. Click the New Lead Notifications icon.

  2. The New Lead Notifications popup window opens.

  3. Click a new lead to view it. Once viewed, the lead will no longer be listed in the popup.

  4. The new lead opens in the Record Details Panel.

Clearing the New Lead Notifications Queue

  1. Click the Clear Queue button.

  2. The New Lead Notifications popup window reflects the cleared queue and the New Lead Notification icon in the main menu bar is reset to zero.
