Change Password

Description

This article describes how to change your password.

Steps

1. Click the User Avatar in the main menu bar.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Select Change Password from the User Avatar dropdown menu.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. The Change Password popup window opens.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.

5. Enter a New Password and confirm. Passwords must:

   • Be between 8 and 20 characters

   • Include at least: one number, one uppercase, one lowercase, and one special character (~!@#$%^&*).

6. Click Update.

7. Use the new password the next time you log in.
