Release Notes 156 - 11/17/23

New Features/Enhancements

Highlights

Social Media: Upload Video for Instagram Reels - BETA

Users can now upload images and videos to Insellerate and allow team members to post to their Instagram account via Reels. This is a BETA release so please know updates and enhancements will continue based on client feedback.

There are a few prerequisites to use this integration:

  1. Your Instagram account must be linked to your Facebook Business page. See the How to Connect Instagram and Facebook Accounts article for details.

  2. Your Facebook account must be active within Insellerate. See the Content Library: Social Media l How to Connect to Facebook article for details.

  3. Your marketing admin is responsible for creating Instagram content and giving users permission to use that content.

  4. With permission, your Instagram page will be visible within the Insellerate Instagram content you have permission for. See the Content Library: Social Media l How to Create a Social Media Post article for details.

Partners: Ability to Upload Logos to Partner Branch and Company Profiles

Users can now upload a logo for partner companies and branches to use in signature blocks or co-branded Content Library templates. See the Creating a Partner in the Web Application article for details.

New Filters: Ability to Filter on Borrower and Co-Borrower Email Addresses

Users with inTouch and Custom Filter access can now create filters based on the Borrower and Co-Borrower Email fields. Read the Filters Setup article for more information on how to define filter logic.

Preferences: Define Font, Color, and Size for inTouch and Workflow Pages

Users with access to inTouch and Workflow pages can now define the font type, color, and size to improve the usability for users with vision impairment. Users can set these definitions in the Preferences section. See the Preferences article for details.

SMS Enhancement: User Must be Assigned to a Lead to Send SMS

Per customer feedback, users must still be assigned to a lead/application to send new SMS messages. The SMS text box will be grayed out if a user opens the SMS text box but is no longer assigned to the lead.

For example, if a user is assigned to a lead and has an SMS conversation with the contact but the lead is re-assigned to someone else, the original owner will no longer be able to send SMS messages to the contact.

See the SMS article for details.

Email Task Creation: Email “From” View Permissions Updated

When a user is creating an email task from the Content Library, in Step 3 the user can define the From, To, CC, and BCC for the emails. The From dropdown will now only show people the user has permission to view. This will mimic the logic in the Team/Agent dropdown.

Read the Team/Agent Dropdown or Content Library: Emails articles for more detailed information on each feature.
