Credit Pull (Import) Action Tool

Description

You can pull the credit reports of any borrower or co-borrower by using the Import action tool within the lead details on inFlow.

Instructions

  1. Click inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow dropdown list.

  2. Select an option from the Lists, Queues, or Workflows in the Menu Panel. In this example, we have selected New Lead and the leads are listed in the Record List Panel to the right.

  3. Select a lead. In this example, the first lead (Carter Howard) in the New Lead list is selected.

  1. Click the Credit Pull icon on the Action Tools toolbar in the Record Details Panel that opens to the right.

  2. The Request Credit Report popup will appear.

    1. A credit report can be requested for the borrower or co-borrower individually or jointly.

    2. Currently, Insellerate is integrated with Funding Suite and Equifax as the reporting services that provides credit reports from Transunion, Experian, and Equifax.

    3. You have the option to select any number of the three credit bureaus for the credit report information

    4. Certain lead details are mandatory to be able to generate a credit report. If these details are not provided, a warning popup notification is displayed asking you to enter the missing details.

      1. SSN number

      2. Birth date

      3. Mailing address

  3. Click Request to request the credit report.

     

  4. The Confirm Credit Request popup appears. It notifies you that a charge may be incurred for the credit report.

  5. Click Yes to confirm the request. A blue popup notification is displayed notifying you that the report is in process.


     

  6. If the request is successful, another green popup notification is displayed notifying you that the credit report has been successfully pulled and can now be downloaded

  7. Click the green popup notification to download the physical credit report.

Notes

  • The number of credit reports pulled by each user is displayed in the Sales Manager Report under the Credit Pulls column. See the Columns in Credits article for details.

  • All the downloaded credit reports can be accessed in the Document section of the lead details.

  • With each credit report generated and pulled, there is a new entry in the Lead History indicating that the lead’s credit was pulled.
