No Sale / Do Not Contact
Description
The No Sale / Do Not Contact action tool is used to move a lead directly to the No Sale or Do Not Contact status.
Instructions
Click inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow dropdown list.
Select a lead status from the Menu Panel. In this example, we have selected New Lead and the leads are listed in the Record List Panel to the right.
Select a lead. In this example, the first lead (Mae Roberts) in the New Lead list is selected.
Click the No Sale / DNC icon on the Action Tools toolbar in the Record Details Panel that opens for the selected lead.
Select No Sale or Do Not Contact.
No Sale
Select No Sale to change the status and activity to No Sale.
The No Sale popup window opens.
Select a reason from the Reason dropdown list.
Click Update to save. In this example, Not Interested has been selected as the reason.
A green popup notification opens confirming the status and activity are updated. The Activity field now lists Not Interested.
Do No Contact (DNC)
Select Do Not Contact to change the status and activity to Do Not Contact.
The Do Not Contact popup window opens.
Select a reason from the Reason dropdown list.
Click Update to save. In this example, Do Not Contact Requested has been selected as the reason.
A green popup notification opens confirming the status and activity are updated. The Activity field now lists Do Not Contact Requested.
