Global Search Default

Description

Preferences for the global search default may be set at the organization level and user levels. The current default search is Last Name.

At the Organization Level

To change the global search default at the organization level to another search parameter, submit a change request to the Support Team. The default selected will apply to all users.

At the User Level

1. Click the user avatar on the right side of the main menu bar.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Select User Profile from the dropdown menu.
   
   

   Open

   

3. The User Profile popup window opens.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Select a search type from the Global Search Default Type dropdown menu.
   
   

   Open

   

    

5. Click Update.
