Direct Mail
A Direct Mail toggle button is one of the fields included in an Inbound Call Routing campaign.
When the Direct Mail toggle button is switched to Yes, the Prospect Search Result window opens when an agent wins an inbound call.
When the Prospect Search Result window opens, the agent is required to take action one of two actions: select an existing lead or create a new lead.
If a prospect is found, the agent can “Take” the lead. The phone number of the caller is automatically added to the newly created lead.
If no prospect is found, the agent can select Create New Lead to create a new lead that includes the borrower’s phone number and is assigned to the agent.
If a Prospect Search Result window or Direct Mail modal is open and a new call comes in, they will close in order to receive the new call.
