Find Me Follow Me (Call Forwarding) for Inbound Calls

Description

The webphone’s Find Me Follow Me feature forwards calls to another number of your choice.

How to Set Up ‘Find Me Follow Me’

  1. Click the Settings icon to open the Settings popup window.

  2. Click the Call Handling tab.

  3. Select a number(s) from the Phone Number dropdown list.

  4. Click Modify Unanswered Call Handling Settings.

  5. Click Find Me Follow Me when the Modify Unanswered Call Handling Settings popup window opens.

  6. The Modify Unanswered Call Handling Settings/FIND ME FOLLOW ME popup window opens. You can:

    • Provide a forwarding number

    • Set the Call Forward Timeout

  7. Enter the phone number in the Forwarding Phone Number field where you would like to forward your calls using the following format:

    • Enter a +1 followed by the phone number with no spaces or dashes.

    • Example: +1222333444.

  8. Enter a number between 5 and 60 in the Call Forward Timeout field. This allows you to choose the length of time that the phone will ring until call forwarding hangs up. You can set the time anywhere between 5 and 60 seconds.

  9. Click Apply Settings to All Numbers.

  10. Confirm the change by clicking Apply in the confirmation popup window.

  11. Click Save to save the changes.

  12. Click Confirm to confirm saving the changes.
