Description

A text block is a designated area within an email template where users can input and format text content, such as a message, introduction, or body text, before sending the email to its intended recipients.

Adding a Text Block

The text block in an email content editor allows users to upload and customize images.

  1. Drag and drop the text block into one of the structured containers.

  2. Click on the text block that was dropped.

  3. The text block options window opens in the sidebar on the left and the text editor menu opens above the text block on the right.

Sidebar Settings

The sidebar options allow users to make adjustments to the settings for the entire text block.

AI Writing Support

AI Writing Support is designed to eliminate writer's block and enhance the user’s email composition experience. It generates creative suggestions tailored to their specific needs and includes real-time revisions, ensuring emails that polished and professional.

 

  1. To open the AI Writing Support feature, click the Launch AI button.

     

  2. Enter text in the Ask AI to edit or generate … field and click the Send to AI button.

     

  3. Modify the AI-generated text using the frequently used prompts by highlighting the text to be modified and clicking a prompt to apply it to the text.

    The Content Creation feature allows users to generate captivating titles, engaging headers, and compelling body text. The user provides a brief description or keyword in the Ask AI to edit or generate …. box and the AI-powered tool then generates multiple creative options to choose from.

     

    • Fix Grammar
      This feature carefully analyzes text and provides real-time suggestions for corrections, ensuring a grammatically flawless message.

    • Make Shorter
      This feature streamlines email communications by analyzing and condensing text while preserving its meaning. This ensures emails are clear and to the point. Users can save time and convey ideas efficiently.

    • Make Longer
      This feature amplifies the depth and detail of emails by analyzing text and intelligently generating additional content while maintaining coherence and relevance. This can be used to enhance the richness of emails and ensure a comprehensive message.

    • Translate
      This feature can translate emails into multiple languages. The AI algorithms ensure accurate and contextually appropriate translations, enabling effective communication across diverse cultures and languages.

       

    • Change the Tone of Voice
      The tone of emails can be tailored to match a desired communication style including formal, informal, optimistic, worried, friendly, curious, assertive, encouraging, surprised, or cooperative. This feature adapts an email's wording, sentence structure, and overall tone to reflect a desired approach, helping strike the right chord with recipients.

       

    • Explain as an Expert
      This feature allows users to adopt the tone and style of a seasoned expert in their emails by analyzing and adapting selected text to match the desired level of expertise. Users can choose from a range of options to emulate the communication style of industry professionals.

    • Add Emoji
      This feature integrates emojis into text to convey emotions, add personality, or enhance the overall tone of the user’s message. From conveying friendliness with a smiley face to adding excitement with a thumbs-up, the AI algorithms analyze the user’s email content and suggest relevant emojis to choose from.

Text Color

Users can select a color with the color picker or input a hex code.

Background Color

The default background color is transparent. Users can select a color with the color picker or by choosing a hex code.

Alignment

This sets the alignment for the entire block. Alignment can be set to center, left, or right. There is an option to set it for mobile use.

Fixed Height

The option for a fixed text line height, including the row height, allows users to specify a consistent vertical size for the text within a row and align it at the top, middle, or bottom of the row.

The default is OFF.

Turn on allows you to adjust settings for all rows.

Line Spacing

Users can adjust the spacing between rows of text.

Add an Anchor Link

Anchor hyperlinks in emails take readers to specific paragraphs within the email.

Hide Element

Users have the option to hide the text on either the desktop or the mobile application.

  • Click the desktop icon to hide the text on the desktop application.

     

  • Click on the mobile device icon to hide the text on the mobile application.
