How to Order Prioritized Alerts

This article provides information about modifying the order of prioritized alerts through the Alerts Priority function. This includes:
Viewing the Alerts Priority
Select Alerts Priority from the inFocus dropdown.
The Alerts Priority/Manage Alerts Priority page open.
How the Alerts Priority is Ordered
In instances where there is a prioritized section of alerts with a number in the Priority column and an unprioritized section of alerts with a ? in the Priority column, the alerts in the prioritized section appear first, followed by the unprioritized alerts.
When new alerts are enabled for different activities, they appear at the bottom of the list with ? as the priority number by default.
Modifying the Priority of an Alert
There are three ways to modify the priority of an alert:
Left-click and hold a row (alert) to drag and drop it anywhere within the prioritized section of the list.
Left-click the arrows in the right-most column of a row and select an option from the menu that appears.
Click Auto Fill to populate the Priority column for all alerts in top-down numerical order.
Saving Changes to the Priority Alerts
Click Update to save changes.
The following message appears following a successful update.
Note: A warning message appears if changes are saved, but the Alerts Priority feature is turned off.
