Description

This article provides information about the Global Search function on the main menu bar.

It covers the following information:

Search Types

The Global Search dropdown enables you to filter your search. Placing a checkmark next to a search type in the dropdown limits the search to that area. Depending upon your permissions, you may search within four possible areas:

  • Applications (default search setting)

  • Partners

  • Accounts

  • Customers

Search options users may try in the Global Search function include:

  • Last Name

  • Reference ID

  • Campaign

  • Home Phone

  • Email

  • Mobile Phone

  • State

  • Zip

  • LOS Loan Number

  • User

  • Co-Borrower Name

  • Co-Borrower Email

Search Type Results

Each search type yields results specific to that search.

Applications

A search in the Applications area opens the Borrower Search Result popup window.
